Menta has over 25 years of experience in development and regeneration, based on a unique ability to combine people, skill sets and expertise in order to drive projects forward.

The company was formed to undertake the strategic workout of £400m of assets which, at the time, were frozen in receivership. By 2005 we had built up a portfolio of additional assets requiring development expertise and capital funding to transform them into valuable mixed use developments and regeneration projects.

We continue to focus on regeneration and development transactions with capital values of over £30 million, working with a team of partners and consultants to maximise their potential and benefit all stakeholders.
