Bold Lane, Derby

Description

The objective of the Derby Bold Lane project was to retain investment within the historic part of the city, and promote its regeneration together with the Council. The direct investment in acquiring key rundown buildings and landholdings and investing in their renaissance alongside promoting the comprehensive development of the area transformed its potential. This attracted further new investment facilitated through Cityscape, Derby’s regeneration body, and the East Midlands Development Agency (EMDA), and Morley fund managers.

Planning consent is approved and is proceeding.
