Morello II

Description

In a joint venture with Mitsubishi Estate London the next phase of Morello, a £350m regeneration project connecting to East Croydon station, is underway and includes two 25 storey residential Towers designed by MAKE containing 338 residential apartments and 20,000 of commercial space.

Additionally, a further 11 storey, 118 affordable homes have been secured together with Clarion Housing Group, which comprises the UK’s largest housing association, with all buildings being delivered by Sir Robert Mc Alpine as main contractor with an immediate start on site and due for occupation in 2023.

Menta has been working with the London Borough of Croydon and key stakeholders over the last nine years to deliver the major regeneration that will transform Croydon into a 21st century city.

Morello is a key element in the new Croydon, turning an underdeveloped and largely derelict site into a cutting-edge, sustainable and innovative solution that will integrate with and regenerate East Croydon and its surroundings.
