Menta was established in 1990 by Craig Marks initially undertaking the strategic workout of £400m of investment and development assets, and development situations held in receiverships on behalf of KPMG
Menta between 1995 and 2005 assembled and managed a portfolio of assets, which required development expertise and capital expenditure to unlock, as part of mixed use development and regeneration projects which were then sold. The company continues to focus on larger regeneration and development transactions with capital values in excess of £30 million, and maintains an outsourcing ethos with internationally recognised consultant teams.
