Craig Marks

Menta was established in 1990 by Craig Marks initially to undertake the strategic workout of the assets, and development situations held in Mountleigh, Ford Seller Morris and the Rosehaugh receiverships on behalf of KPMG.

Having managed the successful disposal of approximately 85 different assets with a value realised in excess of £400m, Menta assembled its own portfolio of mixed use development assets, and has generally been involved in larger regeneration transactions with capital values in excess of £30 million.
